Writer's Block: Rotten tomatoes

I have seen Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0308208/), you can't scare me.
Actually, that isn't the worst film I've ever seen. Epic Movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0799949/) is.
Like lots of sensible people, notably Twig, I grade on a curve. If there's lots of money behind the film, I expect more because it has had the opportunity to hire either decent actors to make up for lacks in the script, or bigger explosions if they couldn't convince any actors to do it.
Also, it's not like I have high standards. I enjoyed the Mortal Kombat films and Street Fighter.
So yeah, I would like coherency, being funny if it's supposed to be a comedy (Epic Movies's major failing IMO), good effects if it's supposed to be a blockbuster, some heart strings being tugged if its supposed to, basically carrying out its aims to the best of its ability. If that ability is low because it's hamstrung, I also give points for effort.
