It has been brought to my attention that, in my folk music post, I most regrettably forgot to include two particularly important folk musicians.

The first is Luke Kelly, sometimes of the Dubliners - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBRQM0vErH8

The second is Kirsty McColl, of chip shops, new England and daughter of Ewan McColl, who wrote Dirty Old Town and many other standards - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fwtFSEovro (New England, although the version I knew first was the Billy Bragg version - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgwU4zCEJtY&feature=related [My, wasn't he young once])

Days - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOKWqtocXWs

There's a Man Down the Chip Shop Swears He's Elvis - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pvhuynDaSw

And of course, Fairytale of New York - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NrAwK9juhhY
