Doctor Who squeaking

It's the last of this series of Doctor Who. Now we know certain things about what happens from the trailer and from common, unfortunately leaked, knowledge.
Christopher Eccleston is leaving. So the Doctor is going to be regenerating (and we know it's going to be David Tennant who will be Barty Crouch in GOF). In the trailer for this Saturday's episode we see Rose desperately trying to get out of the TARDIS which makes me think that the Doctor is at the other side about to be E.X.T.E.R.M.I.N.A.T.E.D. (Sorry about that)
The Doctor apparently has a gizmo that if he presses it will kill everything (much like Chrichton's wormhole tech), which again is an interesting comparison to 'Genesis of the Daleks' where the Doctor asks Davros what he'd do if he had the same sort of thing (a virus rather than a tech thing but still).
Also something, or rather someone, has brought the Daleks back (in this version they and the Time Lords wiped each other out). My money is on it being Adam from a few episodes previously because he has the brains and the tech due to his visit to 2400 (ish).
It could be the Master, if they're going to have one, but even he wouldn't bring the Daleks back. Would he?
It's definitely not Davros. The voice isn't Davros's. Or rather, if it is Davros, then they've screwed up magnificently.
We also see Captain Jack (the other Captain Jack, I like 9/10ths of people I know I think he's descended from the previous one.) being backed into a corridor by a bunch of Daleks. If they kill Captain Jack I will be most upset, because he can't regenerate.
Personally I think that Captain Jack is the Master but has one heck of a case of amnesia. Mother thinks I'm insane.
There was also far too much footage of the humans we met last week being chased and terrified by the Daleks. I would like them to survive.
I have a hideous feeling that Dr. Who will make a grand sacrifice. I will probably cry.
Watching a thing about Beethoven, various actors are playing their socks off, Paul Rhys (who is fantastic) makes a far better Beethoven than Gary Oldman did. Mainly because he has the right look of boss-eyed fanatascism.
Nicholas Farrell is floating about too, and someone who I think may well be Christian Coulson. But I could be wrong.
Only problem is that apparently we're supposed to be shocked that he was a bit odd. All great artists are a bit odd. (Only exceptions to this rule - the Bachs and Hayden, and possibly Handel too.) Who were all before him. Success makes you crazy.
