Theme repetition? EMBRACE IT. At least, I'm trying to embrace that about my own fics, despite my occasional whiny bitching about how I'm completely unoriginal and uncreative and oh woe is me that I only seem to have one story to tell. Ultimately, it's all about the execution of the fic. One general broad theme, such as communication, can have so many extensions and twists, and I don't know. From the sound of the types of variations you've got going, you've got, well, VARIATION. Some people really do tell the same story over and over again, except the problem comes when they're telling it the same WAY over and over again. As long as you're varying, I think it's all good.
Even if Matt Hardy shows up in TNA, I sincerely doubt he'll be the one to take the belt off Jarrett. I know lots of people are hoping he'll show in TNA, but I'm not one of them. Mostly, of course, there is the fact that I don't care for Matt Hardy, but lord, TNA really does not need more former WWE people in its ranks. As much as I laughed about that Lockdown poster, with its "one of these things is not like the others", it's getting to the point where it's detrimental to the company.
Only one person will be taking the belt off Jarrett, and that's AJ. And as much as I love AJ and all, that is NOT something I want either.
