Is it just me, or were there not that many female villains?
Darla was too interesting to just be classified as a villain (even if most of her character development happened over on Angel), and Drusilla too damaged, ditto Willow when she goes on her grief bender.
I think the nearest we get is Glory, who was at least fun, even if my favourite thing about her were her minions and their wonderfully over the top obsequious forms of address for her Gloriousness.
The other option is Prof. Walsh. Who I just didn't like, and with villains there's a thin line between "want to see them get their comeuppance" and "want them off my screen" and I think she went over it into the latter.
