Queerfest 2013

It is being run again (yay!) but sadly over on Dreamwidth (http://queer-fest.dreamwidth.org/) which means the sign ups will be way down. I'm still doing it. If a certain prompt is rolled over, I know what I want to write, and if not, I might submit it myself if I don't see one I prefer.
