I agree but then I'm of the legalise everything brigade. The way I see it is that legalisation benefits everyone. The users know what they're getting, the government get taxes, glorious taxes, the production line is legitamised, meaning that various cartels lose a lot of power, reducing the cost of them to the wider world. This is win - win.
