Jul. 22nd, 2004 12:56 amI knew there was something I meant to mention about the wrestling - you people weren't kidding when you said he had a strong accent. And he does a great solioquy directed to a beer can.
Edit due to lack of sobriety while writing the original - he in the paragraph above is the Sandman.
Of course I missed the first showing of this weeks, it's the one with the International X-division matches TNA v AAA. But I will be watching the replays, repeatedly, for as well as Juvetud Guerrera, I suspect Essa Rios may be one of the AAA crusierweights. This is not to be missed.
I only missed it tonight because I had to go to a bar with a couple of friends. Met another friend there and went home with yet others. I might be going out tomorrow with the yet others.
Ads was playing, and he's always bending my ear about how good he is. He's not actually that bad, according to a friend, the stuff he was playing sounded like early Offspring. Which I've never heard but I liked the friend's stuff because it was loud and fast. Couldn't hear a word the singer was singing, but by that stage someone else had already blown my ear drums out.
Great fun.
