So we know, reasonably certainly, that Snape knew that Quirrel was working for the forces of darkness, or at least against the forces of good.
So why didn't the great greasy git tell Dumbledore? I mean, I'm presuming he didn't from what Dumbledore says at the end of the book. Unless he's being all secretive and sneaky again. I really do start to believe that Dumbledore was sorted into Slytherin.
BTW - Peter O'Toole is the only decent replacement Dumbledore I can think of since he sounds like Richard Harris, and has the same sort of twinkly eyes. Plus of course, he's a great actor.
