It doesn't even take that much to confuse systems! [personal profile] st_aurafina has an apostrophe in her surname. Most websites are fine with this, but not banks. Sometimes her credit card with have her surname correct, and the next issue will have no apostrophe. So when the bank issued our mortgage documents with no apostrophe we thought nothing of it, then had to redo every single document at the last minute when the bank couldn't match her name to her account.
