You funny people with your apostrophe ;) Quite often it seems to be human error being blamed on computers because Mum is having the devil's time of it convincing a building society that no, her boyfriend (who yes, has a completely different surname to her) should not be on the deeds for her new house. She's still not why they can't get that through their heads.
