1) The only hardcore punk band I know of is Black Flag. Does anyone know of other bands in the same general genre? Song recs appreciated :)

2) Would a 30-something year old American male, who may or may not be Randy Orton, call a pair of jorts, "jorts"? I do not know American slang well enough to decide for myself.

Yes, he would call them jorts, but only if speaking poorly of said jorts.
