Having seen and heard of Kane's May 19th related freak out, I leave it to your imaginations to guess how amused I was by a radio advert that declared that May 19th was the deadline for employers to get their PAYE papers in. I can now see why he is having a fit, he's worried that he hasn't filled out forms properly.

Oh man, that just totally made me giggle. Poor guy and when you leave all that stuff to the last minute, you can never find that one scrap that you're looking for and you get all freaked. *Nods* Totally understandable now.
