I need a US state famous for its farming for a fic. Any suggestions?

Nebraska: corn
Iowa: corn, pork
Wisconsin: dairy
Indiana: just a lot of farms
Arkansas: poultry
Idaho: potatoes
Pretty much anything in the middle works for farming, western states like Wyoming do more ranching.
