Pretty much random grab-bag of fics that I've been meaning to recommend for some time.

Harry Potter:
That Extra Inch Snape/Potter NC-17. Hot dirty wrong in the most glorious of ways. (Everyone is UK-legal in this, needless to say)
Sherlock:
How Mycroft Stopped Worrying About Sherlock Perfect Mycroft gen fic.
Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy:
Memory Mechanics - not quite perfect, but a lovely Connie-centric (and probably book-verse) Tinker, Tailor fic.
Cross-overs:
Sherlock/Thick of It
Grace Under Pressure (Or Lack Thereof) Thick of It/Sherlock mash-up with inch perfect Malcolm. And Anthea. The warning is for language, obviously.
