I'm not sure exactly how it's worded, but basically if a judge votes questionably 4 times (whether suspected for personal bias or just bad judging) they are removed.

I've been watching the pre-skating show on the USA network (with Sale and Peltier) and they were discussing it yesterday.

right now, they are talking about the new point system
