Finally opened my new copy of the Illiad today. For all that the translator uses a quirky spelling of Achilles he's a blessed relief from the other version I've read which was as bad a piece of transliteration pretending to be a translation as I've ever read.

Also going to take this oportunity to say 'cousins, ha!'
