The first verse fits a lot of couples for me (John and Harold from POI, Steve and Bucky from Marvel) but I can see how it misses for Aeryn Sun and John - it's just not how they are.

Actually, for Person of Interest, which turns on who knows what about who, the big kicker moment really only works for one of the pairings I have, and not for Root/Shaw because Shaw doesn't give a damn about who knows what about her.

That is so interesting. And yeah, I love Iris too, completely and unironically.
