What the hell happened at the US grand prix?! I tell you, I leave F1 alone for a day and wierd things happen. Admittedly I'm muchly in love with the teams that pulled out but still!!??

None of that matters though since 2 of my friends are engaged. I can't do the usual condolences joke since I'm kind of responsible for setting them up together.

Am probably going to work on fic for a few hours. It's too damn hot to sleep. I love it like this, except at night when I can't sleep. Beware you may get Dr. Who flavoured posts for the next month though. Especially tonight.

US GP write-up

Dear Michelin and your teams - it's not your fault.
Dear Ferrari, Jordan, Minardi and Bridgestone - it's not your fault.
Dear US fans and fans in general - grow up, F1 tries to minimise the danger to the drivers, if I see anyone saying the coward word I will take a swing for them. Also PS - we don't have a force majeur rule. You race or you don't, there are no special occasions.
Dear FIA - this is your fault entirely. Sort it out. Don't let it happen again.

Personally am happy that Minardi now have more points than BAR, but I'm a vicious little blighter.
Also may I laugh at the concept of Indianapolis being the racing capital of the world. It's Le Mans idiots in the advertising department. Maybe we'll remember this once we don't race in the US.

Eeeee Wimbledon.
Although really it's satanic they've put Safin v Schrichapan in the first round. It's not fair. I love them both. Ditto Sluiter v Nalbandian. And Vince Spadea against Nadal. Ouch!

Can't find Keathavong anywhere on the women's. Anyone know if she's playing or not.

Mostly I'm glossing over 2 61s in the last set of exams, giving me a year average of 67%. Bah! Must do better.

Also endevouring to be less manic but that's really not working at the minute.
